Inaugural Food & Beverage Industry Week in Las Vegas will feature four premier trade shows under one roof

Main trade fair organizers emerald and Questex have joined forces to launch the first Food and Beverage Industry Week in Las Vegasfeaturing four major food and beverage shows taking place simultaneously at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC).

from March 21 to 24, SIAL America, Bar and Restaurant Fair (formerly known as Nightclub & Bar Show), International Pizza Fair and World Tea Conference + Expo will bring together decision makers from all sectors of the rebounding $1.5 trillion food and beverage industry under one roof in the 4.6 million square foot facility.

The result of a collaboration between international trade show organizers Emerald and Comexposium, SIAL America is the first generalist cross-category food and beverage trade show supporting the food and beverage market. Benefiting from a long-standing reputation as an organizer of leading events for the industry, SIAL brings together importers, catering companies, distributors, retailers, wholesalers and restaurateurs looking to discover , innovate and learn.

Now in his 38’sand year, Emerald’s International Pizza Expo is the premier pizza industry event that welcomes pizzeria professionals from around the world. Focused on all elements of the pizza industry, the show features vendors, educational sessions presented by top industry professionals, and national competitions.

At Bar & Restaurant Expo, attendees have the opportunity to get a head start by learning about the latest trends and solving the challenges facing their businesses. With attendees ranging from individual unit to national chain operators and the largest hotel groups in the industry, the show offers the latest experiences and innovations to drive business forward.

Celebrates 20 yearsand anniversary this year, World Tea Conference + Expo honors the traditions and future of tea. Along with providing access to top vendors and timely training sessions, this year’s event promises to deliver new features and enhancements.

Since the return of in-person meetings and conventions to Las Vegas in June 2021, the LVCC has hosted more than 58 trade shows and trade events attracting more than 800,000 attendees, demonstrating trade show organizers’ confidence that meetings can hold it safely and efficiently, according to LVCVA officials.
