Promotional Services Industry Veteran Joins Reno Type Team to Expand Customer Service Offerings
– New hire Rebecca Berger brings 26 years of printing and promotion experience to the growing company –
RENO, Nevada – RenoType, a direct mail and print services company, hires Rebecca Berger as their new customer service representative. Berger has extensive experience in promotional services and advertising and has managed over 3,000 clients during his career spanning more than 25 years. Berger joins the team after Reno Type’s recent acquisition of CDMS, a full-service logistics, document management and promotion company based in Sparks, Nevada.

Berger’s addition to the team comes at a time when the promotional services industry is working overtime to source supplies to meet customer demands. The addition of Rebecca brings the customer service team to three, allowing Reno Type to continue to provide excellent customer service in line with its recent growth.
Berger has lived in the Reno area for 30 years and has worked with local businesses such as Swag | Blue Moon and Pacific States Communications. With a penchant for giving back, she served as a volunteer chaplain at the Northern Nevada Medical Center and as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada.
